Mr. and Mrs. Stoner, I just wanted to let you know, in case Miranda has not said anything to you, that she has been chosen as one of our semi-finalist to speak at 5th grade graduation. What we have asked the students to do is to write a rough draft of an essay that they would share at graduation. We need this by next Friday, May 23. Please feel free to help Miranda write her essay. The essay can be anything that she wants to say that she feels would represent the 5th grade and their years at Stone Spring. On another note, we have a talent show coming up, and I am surprised that Miranda hasn't turned in a form to do anything. Perhaps you would want to encourage her to share one of her talents?Thanks and have a great day!

We had a wonderful time in Denver, Colorado at the National Children's Choir Convention. We were so proud of Miranda. The last night resulted in a huge concert at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House in downtown Denver, with my family attending. We also allowed time to visit them in Colorado Springs. Thank you so much for taking time out of your schedule to visit and play Joy. We love you all very much.
